Terms of service

Last updated October 26, 2026

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please review your product, spelling, finish, size, shipping choice, and total carefully before paying.

Products and personalization

Our catalog includes personalized jewelry. The item is made using the spelling and options submitted at checkout. Product images are illustrative; small variations may occur in a made-to-order item. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Necklace silver is $24.99 and gold is $29.99, with 40, 45, or 50 cm lengths. Bracelet silver is $24.99 and gold is $26.99, one size. Name earrings are $19.99.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order. Stripe processes payment. We may contact you if order details need clarification or an item cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Checkout offers standard shipping for $2.99 with an estimated delivery of 10–18 days, or free shipping with an estimated delivery of 18–30 days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production, carrier, or other delays. If we cannot meet the stated shipping time, we will contact you about available options, including cancellation and refund where required by law.

Personalized order changes and returns

Please contact us within 48 hours if you need to request a correction. A change can only be made if custom design or production has not begun, and is not confirmed until we reply. Once the custom design or production process begins, personalized orders are final sale; we do not accept change-of-mind returns or changes after that point. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including remedies for items that are defective, incorrect, or not delivered as promised. See our returns and order changes policy.

Support and disputes

For help, email therealgoldchains@gmail.com and include your order number. You may contact your card issuer about a payment dispute; the issuer makes its own determination.

Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The date above indicates the latest revision.
